Nagi says: Private fave for ME TOO! If I used to be a soup, this could be me. Huge flavours. Bit unique. All the standard spices. Fast to make. Punches means above its class for effort vs output! (PS Is it bizarre to check myself to a soup? 😂)

Nagi says: The recipe on my web site is a handy one-pot model that serves 5. When scaling up, that’s not viable. So the pasta is cooked individually from the sauce, then they’re blended collectively.

Nagi says: Amen to that! (PS Do you guys suppose it’s a stew or a soup?? I’m nonetheless undecided! 😅)

9. Garlic Hen Thigh with bean ragout, tomatoes & broccolini

10. Spaghetti Bolognese
