The Passover Seder (Ceremonial meal)
Image a desk adorned with a crisp white tablecloth, shimmering within the mushy glow of candlelight. Within the heart, there is a ornamental plate full of three matzos, symbolizing the unleavened bread eaten throughout Passover. Surrounding the plate are vibrant inexperienced sprigs of parsley, a bowl of salt water, and a roasted shank bone, all symbols representing completely different facets of the Passover story. Glasses of deep pink wine or grape juice stand able to be raised in celebration, and a joyous household gathered across the desk, remembering our historical past, telling the story of our redemption from slavery, and sharing the blessings of the vacation of freedom!
Since we surrender consuming bread, cereal merchandise, and crackers throughout this 8 day vacation, I will be consuming quite a lot of salads and greens throughout Passover. I am not a lot on consuming matzah and matzah merchandise.
