What’s IN MY KITCHEN this month? 

A buddy came visiting and introduced me a stunning serving dish.

It was our 52nd anniversary a couple of days in the past and my husband introduced me some lovely pink blush roses. ( pic taken after 5 days).

What I have been consuming 

avocado toast with greens on top, vegan, gluten-free

I made  avocado toast by mashing ripe avocado with lime juice, salt and pepper and consuming it on gluten-free bread/toast. I topped it with a cherry tomato and a few greens. It was scrumptious for breakfast.

My sister-in- regulation made some kasha with gluten-free bowtie noodles. It was scrumptious. I will publish her recipe quickly. 

I like this black bean dip that I get at Entire Meals. It is obtained zero fats grams and no oil added. I typically make GF toast and unfold this black bean dip on it . It is fast straightforward and a wholesome alternative.
