Gluten Free A-Z : Cruising In The Caribbean

We simply returned from our cruise within the Caribbean to Belize, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Key West. The climate was heat and beautiful besides in Belize. It was raining and windy in Belize and since we had not deliberate any excursions upfront, we didn’t get off the ship. It was sunny and delightful in all the different stops. 

The ship, Celeb Apex, in line with Celeb is “the second ship in our revolutionary Edge® Sequence, is a Forbes Journey Information 4-Star Rated resort at sea.”

It actually is a lovely ship with pretty crystal chandeliers, fancy eating services, pretty spa areas, and unimaginable lounges. It felt elegant, was extraordinarily clear and the service was glorious. The meals was significantly better than different Celeb ships we’ve got traveled on. 

I used to be delighted that the menus in each eating space have been labeled with identifications for allergy symptoms comparable to gluten-free, dairy, nuts, and so on. It made life a lot simpler (and safer) for me.

There have been many choices on the buffet. They’d one part for vegans with two gluten free entrees. As well as there was an Asian part on the buffet with decisions of each Indian and Chinese language delicacies, each which have been typically vegan and GF.

In fact there have been loads of salads, meat, fishes, and many different decisions that I did not eat.

Gluten-free bread, GF muffins, and Gf rolls have been available at each meal. I ate gluten-free toast with avocado, capers, tomatoes, and sliced cucumber for breakfast. 

We cruised with three different {couples} which were good pals for years. It was a great way to get collectively and have and stress-free trip. We went out to port to the seashores throughout the day, got here again early and performed mah Jong or Canasta (there have been 4 {couples} – two tables) after which showered for dinner and a present. 

All and all we had a good time being with pals, having fun with the islands, the attractive luxurious cruise ship, and simply stress-free. 

It was a second reunion and we’re already speaking a few third!
