Former San Diego State University (SDSU) football teammates and NFL brothers Zachary and Cameron Thomas, along with entrepreneur Andrew Alves, have transformed their competitive mindset into standout franchise success with Aussie Pet Mobile, a Home Franchise Concepts brand.
Since launching their North San Diego County territories in July 2024, the trio has experienced rapid growth and set new performance benchmarks in mobile pet grooming.
Operating with just two mobile grooming vans, the owners delivered exceptional first-year performance and became the fastest franchise in brand history to reach a major revenue milestone, an achievement typically seen only by owners operating twice the fleet size. The partners’ foundation was built at SDSU, where Alves and Cameron Thomas shared four years of structured, disciplined living as football athletes, habits that now underpin their operational approach. Alves leads day-to-day operations, while the Thomas brothers provide strategic guidance.
